OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. Listen for Scott Duke from Base Camp who will give the cue to call. Caller 7 qualifies win Wonderdog's Wakeboarding Weekend. Three grand prize winners in total.
2. Contest is open to Ontario residents (unless prohibited by law) in the LIFE 100.3 radio FM listening area including 100.3, 90.1, 89.3, and 98.9 excluding employees of LIFE 100.3, Directors, contest sponsors, their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household.
3. Callers must be 14 years of age or older to qualify.
4. Only one qualifier per household.
5. Contest runs from April 14, 2008 to May 9, 2008.
6. Winners announced May 16 on The Slam.
7. Grand prize consists of a weekend for the winner and a friend at Base Camp on Lake Joe from June 6-8. Prize includes all meals, accommodation, one 20-minute private wakeboarding lesson per person on Saturday and Sunday and 20 minutes of wakeboarding per person on Saturday and Sunday. Skateboarding, mountain biking and pool access is also available.
8. Each winner and their guest are responsible for their own transportation to and from Base Camp.
9. The parents/guardians of each winner and guest, if minors, are required to sign a Radio Contest Release Form from LIFE 100.3 prior to the Base Camp weekend. Base Camp will require the same from all parties. If the winner and/or guest is over 18 they are required to sign themselves.
10. Each winner may only bring a guest of the same sex or a sibling. AJ the Wonderdog and Crystal Summers will accompany the winners on the Base Camp weekend as representatives of LIFE 100.3.
11. LIFE 100.3 and Base Camp reserve the right to send a contest winner and/or guest home at anytime during the weekend if the person is not following Base Camp rules of conduct and condition of enrollment. 11. Prizes are non-transferable, hold no cash value and are subject to availability and may be substituted for another prize of equal value at the discretion of LIFE 100.3.
12. LIFE 100.3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
13. Winner agrees to their names and/or photos and/or likeness used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
14. No purchase necessary to enter.
